	What technique(s) was used in the introduction?	Asking a question+ telling a story– the speaker encouraged us to think about the power of voice and shared her personal story, which gave us her idea of a good speaker. Unfortunately, I found this story not emotional or informative enough.

	Was the thesis statement given?	«So it’s a great opportunity to avoid the poor delivery of the speech, just use the features of the voice in the right way.»
	How effective was the introduction?	The introduction was quite effective..

	How well structured was the information presented?	The information was organized and structured. However, some parts were significantly smaller.
	What organizational structure was used in the body of the speech?	The speaker used frequent signposts, which made it easier to follow.
	How understandable was the information (was it clearly explained)?	The information was clear and concise.
	Quality of point-support (appropriateness, completeness, variety)	The speaker used examples and a helpful presentation to support the topic.

	Was it coherent?	Yes, it was coherent and logical.

	What technique(s) was used in the conclusion?	I believe the first part of the conclusion leads to something else. But then the speaker reminded us the general idea of the speech and summarized the information.
	Were all the steps followed (summary, action, emotional appeal?)	Yes.
	How effective was the conclusion?	It was average.
