What technique(s) was used in the introduction?
Asking a question+ telling a story– the speaker encouraged us to think about the power of voice and shared her personal story, which gave us her idea of a good speaker. Unfortunately, I found this story not emotional or informative enough.

The information was organized and structured. However, some parts were significantly smaller.

 The speaker used frequent signposts, which made it easier to follow.

I believe the first part of the conclusion leads to something else. But then the speaker reminded us the general idea of the speech and summarized the information.
