What technique(s) was used in the introduction?
Asking questions – I liked how straightforward it was – right to the topic, here it was suitable, because preparing a speech is difficult for all of us.
Any link-element?
Each speech is unique and, therefore, requires individual preparation. That's what I'm going to talk about…

Was the thesis statement given?
«Preparing a speech is one of the best ways to ensure you give an effective presentation

How understandable was the information (was it clearly explained)?
The information was quite concise and clear.
Quality of point-support (appropriateness, completeness, variety)
The arguments were really good and clear, but I think it would be great to hear examples from real life, own experience or, probably, demonstration of these methods
It would make these steps easier to remember.
Use of facts, illustrations, examples, stories.
Was it coherent?
Yes, it was coherent and logical.

What technique(s) was used in the introduction?
Making a reference – the speaker referred to the people  who does not believe in their creativity by quoting them (but it’s not a quotation of a certain person)
Moreover, she drew our attention by giving some general ideas about creativity and encouraging us.
Any link-element?
«Today we will speak about how to create new product. In fact, there are a lot of ways or methods of creativity development» - the speaker announced the topic she was going to talk about and the listeners were prepared to listen to actual methods.
Was the thesis statement given?
«anyone can have great ideas»
How effective was the introduction?
The introduction was quite effective, but I wish it was more startling and started with «many people say: “I’m not creative or genius”» instead of «my speech is about…» It made the introduction less intriguing,

How well structured was the information presented?
The information was well-structured, as it was divided into 3 parts. Every part was logically organized, all the information was clear. The only thing I would like to add is the number of methods. It would be helpful to know what exact amount of methods we were to hear.
What organizational structure was used in the body of the speech?
The speaker outlined each part of her speech and it was easy to follow.
How understandable was the information (was it clearly explained)?
The information was quite concise and clear.
Quality of point-support (appropriateness, completeness, variety)
I would not say this speech required much point-support, as its purpose was to show and explain the methods. This information helped us realize that we can work on our creativity and improve it, so everyone can be creative.
Use of facts, illustrations, examples, stories.
The speaker used facts and a helpful presentation to support the topic. I also would like to see these methods in practice.
Was it coherent?
Yes, it was coherent and logical.

What technique(s) was used in the conclusion?
The speaker encouraged us to look for more methods and try them. «Please, just remember» - she spoke in an emotional way, showing her personal concern about unreleased creativity.
Were all the steps followed (summary, action, emotional appeal?)
As the speech was quite short and clear, we did not need actual summary, but the main thesis was repeated, which reminded us the goal of the speech. «Anyone can have great ideas, you should only work on it».
How effective was the conclusion?
It was quite effective
