PERSUASIVE SPEECH PART 2

Hello! I continue working on my persuasive speech and this time I will try to outline it and see the structure. I have never done it before but hopefully it will help me make my speech more organized.











Outline 

Purpose Statement: The purpose of this speech is to encourage the audience to pay enough attention to their self-relationship, as it is the foundation of everything else.


Introduction 
1. Have you got a best friend? The one that is always there for you, sympathize you, worries about you. Wait, don't tell me, I know you have. Even if you had an argument and it seems you are not close anymore. This friend is still inside each of you. Because you are your very best friend.
A. Nobody can bring you peace but yourself
B. Self-relationship is the foundation of everything else.

 2. I would like to talk about this complicated relationship everyone has in there lives, but unfortunately often overlook or even neglect
C. Self-relationship is the most important relationship. 
D. Self-relationship can give us a lot.
E. Self-relationship can be worked on.


Body 

1. Self-relationships is the most important relationship
A. Self-relationship affects our life greatly
a)The concept of relationship with oneself
b)The roles we play to ourselves—(friend, parent, sibling, child, mentor...)B. The signs of unhealthy self-relationship

2.  Self-relationships can give us a lot.
A. The advantages of being in peace with yourself
B. What we can do for ourselves and with ourselves.
a)Parenting, motivating, calming … yourself
b)The advantages of doing something alone
c)The helpful activities which are done alone


3. Self-relationships can be worked on
A. Start with self-care.
B. Go beyond self-care

Conclusion 

1.Thus, relationship with yourself is the foundation of everything else.

2.Working on your self-relationship is vital. 
A. It takes no special talent. 
B. It costs nothing. 
C. But it makes your life much easier and happier.



I guess. that's it. It's not the final version yet, I still need to work on it, but it really helped to shape my ideas of the speech, give it a structure, now I see the weak points, that should be improved. It also boosts imagination!
